Brief Description
1. Vacuum emulsifying machine capacity can be customized from 5L to 3000L or more, such as 5L, 10L, 15L, 20L, 25L, 30L, 50L, 100L, 200L, 300L, 500L, 600L, 700L, 1000L, 1500, 2000L, 3000L, etc., can be customized; 5-30L usually used laboratory tests, more than 50L Usually used industrial production; vacuum emulsifying mixer can be designed CIP Cleaning system; Sight glass, air filter; the mixer usage voltage 380V,3phase,50HZ or 220V,1phase, 60HZ or others, this can be changed;

Work Principle
After the raw materials(refer to your formula) is heated and mixed in the water boiler
and oil boiler, then they draw into the emulsification boiler automatically by the vacuum pump, through the fixed middle stirrer(principal axis) & teflon scrapers residues stirrer in the emulsification boiler to emulsify ,mix and homogenize .
And the PTFE scraper sweep the residues on the wall of the boiler, to make the products of wiped off become the new interface constantly, then the blade cut off , compress,fold round ,mixing and running to the homogenizer, according to the high shear wheel and the cutting case to strong cutting off,impact,Without rules mobility, etc..
The material by cutting in the cut interstices and turn to a particle of 200nm-2um prompt, because the emulsification boiler is under vacuum state, the bubble that the supplies produce in the course of mix is taken away in time.
Fonctionnalité
1.To imporve the brightness and stability of the products,The raw material should be fully grinded,mixed,emulsified and homogenization via using emulsifying machine’s heating,refroidissement,dissolution,homogenization emulsifying and Vacuum defoaming all together.
2.Using anchor type double-way scraping mixing and frequency converter to satisfied different production (formula) process requirements.
3.Air filter adopted,to avoid the dust,impurity entering the emulsifying pot.
4.Vacuum defoaming let materials meet the requirement of being aseptic. Vacuum intake(sucking) material is adopted,to aviod dust.Especially for powder materials.
5.Advanced homogenizer with unique structure and use Germany Burgman sealing to assure gloss, fine and smooth of materials. Homogenizer rotation speed(2 pole speed): 0~3000 R/min.
6.The homogenizer shall discharge at a low speed or without pressure ,and does not destroy emulsifying elements.
7.According to formula process requirements,It has heating and cooling system in pot(tank) body.Steam heating or electric heating is for your choice .
8.With hydraulic pressure lifting system,which can up and down Pot lid (cover), and can tilt and reset the pot.
