Work Principle

and oil boiler, then they draw into the emulsification boiler automatically by the vacuum pump, through the fixed middle stirrer(principal axis) & teflon scrapers residues stirrer in the emulsification boiler to emulsify ,mix and homogenize .
And the PTFE scraper sweep the residues on the wall of the boiler, to make the products of wiped off become the new interface constantly, then the blade cut off , compress,fold round ,mixing and running to the homogenizer, according to the high shear wheel and the cutting case to strong cutting off,impact,Without rules mobility, etc..

6.The homogenizer shall discharge at a low speed or without pressure ,and does not destroy emulsifying elements.
7.According to formula process requirements,It has heating and cooling system in pot(tank) body.Steam heating or electric heating is for your choice .
8.With hydraulic pressure lifting system,which can up and down Pot lid (cover), and can tilt and reset the pot.
